TO DIE AT THE GATES OF HEAVEN

“REMEMBER LOT’S WIFE!”

 – Jesus (Luke 17:32)

1.    REMEMBER SHE HAD SEEN WHAT GOD CAN DO.

2.    REMEMBER SHE WENT SOME WAY TOWARDS BEING SAVED.

3.    REMEMBER, IN HER HEART SHE WANTED TO GO BACK, NOT JUST LOOK BACK. 

4.    FAITH LEADS US OUT OF THIS WORLD AND INTO THE FUTURE. 

5.    ALMOST SAVED, BUT NOT QUITE.

Lot’s wife was not lost with the mass of evil people in Sodom. She got to the gates of Heaven and was lost.

She doubted the word of truth – therein is the essence of her sin.
